CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure we provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of our other guests.

24 hours’ notice will ensure you are credto pay a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of your booking. 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it is considered a no-show and you will be charged the cancellation fee.
