Tracey holds Swedish (CIDESCO), English (CIBTAC) and Australian (AABTH) Diplomas in Beauty Therapy, as well as an Australian Diploma in Electrolysis. She is also a Laser Safety Officer and has undertaken further specialised studies in dermal therapies, including IPL hair removal, photo rejuvenation and skin needling.

With over 35 years of experience in the beauty industry, Tracey brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise to every treatment. Her extensive background allows her to carefully assess each client’s individual needs and recommend treatments designed to achieve the best possible results.

Tracey takes the utmost care with every treatment, combining her technical knowledge with a warm and personalised approach. She also provides tailored skincare recommendations to support and maintain results between treatments.

Her passion is helping every client feel confident,  while achieving healthy, beautiful skin.

Louise is a qualified Beauty Therapist with two years of experience, passionate about helping her clients feel relaxed, confident and cared for.

With a naturally calming and gentle approach, Louise creates a welcoming environment where you can switch off, unwind and enjoy a little time for yourself. She takes pride in her attention to detail and loves creating personalised experiences that leave clients feeling refreshed and their best.

For Louise, beauty is about more than just treatments — it’s about making every client feel comfortable, confident and cared for.

James Barrett has been providing professional aesthetic services at Complexions on Billson since 2012, bringing together his extensive nursing experience with a passion for aesthetic medicine.

James completed his Bachelor of Nursing in 2002 and  approaches every client as an individual, taking the time to understand their unique needs and develop personalised treatment recommendations.

Committed to the highest standards of safety and professional practice, James continually expands his knowledge and skills through ongoing education. He regularly attends national and international medical aesthetic conferences, keeping up to date with the latest developments, techniques and best practices in aesthetic medicine.

With his extensive clinical experience, attention to detail and personalised approach, James is dedicated to delivering safe, considered and natural-looking aesthetic results for every client.

Meet Alison

Alison Armstrong spent many years working in Intensive Care and Emergency Nursing, developing a wealth of clinical knowledge, precision and a deep understanding of patient care. She has since found her passion in the field of Aesthetic Medicine, where she combines her medical expertise with her desire to help clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

Alison takes each client on a personalised transformation journey, carefully assessing their individual needs and creating a treatment plan designed to achieve the best possible results.

She understands that our faces naturally change over time, and that achieving a refreshed, balanced and natural-looking result may require a combination of different treatments over a period of time.
